At Mejorana Wellness Clinic LLC, we are committed to providing personalized, privacy-first care for adults seeking support with hormone health, weight management, menopause, and men’s wellness.

To be eligible for services, patients must:

• Be 18 years of age or older

• Reside in a state where our provider is licensed to practice

• Be able to participate in care via telehealth or in-person visits

• Agree to our privacy policy and HIPAA-compliant communication standards

• Provide accurate health history and complete required intake forms

• No health insurance is requiered
